Known as "Sparkles" she has become a popular verbal appraiser for both the Palmer/Wirf and Calendar Shows. Utilizing her speaking skills as a Distiguished Toastmaster she is a lecturer on the American Art Form, Rhinestone Jewelry; and her writing skills as a contributor to the West Coast Peddler, Old Stuff, and the Vintage Fashion and Costume Jewelry publication.

Kyle Husfloen, Editor of Antique Trader Price Guides and Editor-at-large of The Antique Trader Weekly, has been writing on antiques and collectibles for over 33 years. He joined the staff of Antique Trader Publications in early 1972 but has been a "collector" since childhood. A native of western Washington State his interest in antiques blossomed during his teens and he's been hooked ever since. American glass and ceramics are among his collecting favorites. He has recently relocated to a home office in California from Iowa.
Editor of The Antique Trader for over twenty years, Kyle has also edited Antique Trader Price Guides since 1987. Since then he has overseen the production of the large annual "Antique Trader Antiques & Collectibles Price Guide," which covers all popular collecting categories. In addition he has edited nearly twenty other specialized price guides and books. In 1992 he authored "The Collectors' Guide to American Pressed Glass, 1825-1915," published by Wallace-Homestead, and he has been active as an antiques appraiser for twenty-five years. He is an active member of a number of collecting clubs, especially in the fields of ceramics and glass.
Local appraisers Bill and Carol Kearney and Christine Saltzman will be there assisting.
*Bill Kearney was introduced to the antique industry over 40 years ago when he and his new wife did an estate sale in Iowa. Involved part time over the years he received the GPPA designation from National Auctioneer Association in 2002. Since then he also earned Certified Estate Specialist and recently graduated from Continental Auctioneers University and received certification as an auctioneer for Real Estate, Personal Property/Antiques and Charity/Benefits. Bill writes for a number of publications including the Q & A column for Vintage Magazine. He has experience and training for furniture, fine art and construction equipment among others. His favorite is "junk".
*Carol Kearney started her career in Iowa over 40 years ago with an estate sale and was involved part time until 2002 when she received certification as a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser from the National Auctioneer Association. She has attended numerous classes and seminars including, quilts, jewelry, fabrics, pottery, porcelain and glass. She is past secretary of the San Diego Depression Glass Club. She has appeared on NBC TV San Diego, Callendar Antique Shows, Hollywood, Rose Bowl and numerous other shows and events.
*Christine Saltzman with two grown sons started her career after graduation from "College for Appraisers". She has extensive experience working at two local auction houses. She also has appeared as guest appraiser at the Rose Bowl, Calendar Antique Show and at numerous clubs and organizations for fund raisers. She has attended many classes and seminars on antiques and collectibles. Her favorites are pottery, porcelain, jewelry and furniture.
